Position Overview: Sales Coordinator
As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in our success by driving both inside lead generation and outside sales cultivation. Your mission? Generate sales demand, develop strong client relationships, and support pipeline revenue growth through proactive outreach and strategic client engagement. We are looking for someone to come in an take ownership of the sales department!
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through inbound and outbound activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking.
- Sales Cultivation: Cultivate new business opportunities through face-to-face meetings, walk-ins, and local networking events.
- Client Relationship Management: Assist with maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Territory Management: Manage and grow a protected territory with significant potential for business expansion.
- CRM Management: Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage client interactions, and ensure accurate data entry for efficient follow-ups.
- Sales Reporting: Regularly update sales activities, progress, and forecasts to management.
- Collaborate with Marketing: Work closely with Marketing to create and implement promotional campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Data Management: Accurately enter and manage collected data from prospects and clients for effective follow-ups.
Additional Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required (no college degree required)
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service background.
- Proficient in analysis skills.
- Previous experience in sales, with outside sales and business development being a plus.
- Ability to manage accounts effectively.
- Familiarity with B2B/commercial sales and marketing strategies.
- Experience in territory management
- Ability to manage social media platforms efficiently.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: 45K- 51k starting
- Commission: 3% - 10% per closed contract.

- Mileage/Fuel Reimbursement: You’ll have a company fuel card.
