Job Summary:
The HR Generalist will oversee various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, safety, Workers compensation, and performance management. The ideal candidate will have a strong HR operations background and a proactive problem-solving approach.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health, vision, dental, and retirement plans.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance.
- Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping accuracy.
- Manage employee performance review processes, training, and professional development initiatives.
- Coordinate workplace safety programs and ensure adherence to OSHA regulations.
- Handle disciplinary actions, terminations, and exit interviews professionally and competently.
- Maintain HR records and documentation with confidentiality and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 3 years of HR experience in a manufacturing, construction, or related industry.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Google Suite.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
