Job Overview:
Support the Project Manager in implementing and optimizing standardized sales processes, ensuring smooth execution of tasks across the process and projects ensuring that each stage of the process from client to closing operates efficiently contributing to the successful execution of projects while developing skills in project leadership and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting PM and sales representative in defining project scope, deliverables, and creating comprehensive project plans that outline tasks, timelines, resources and more.
- Monitoring progress, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule, and identifying potential roadblocks or delays.
- Support the execution of projects, including tracking progress, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
- Contribute to training sessions for the sales team on new processes, tools, or methodologies.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, flagging potential risks or delays to the Project Manager.
- Provide administrative and operational support in project execution.
- Facilitating communication between project stakeholders. This involves keeping everyone informed about project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring alignment on project goals.
- Assisting in identifying and analyzing potential project risks, developing mitigation strategies, and working with the team to minimize the impact of risks on project success.
- Working closely with project teams, fostering collaboration, and supporting team members in their tasks. Assist in the development and maintenance of process maps, ensuring accurate documentation of workflows.
- Coordinate with teams to collect data, analyze performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement in the sales process.
Required Qualifications:
- Associate degree in business, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, sales operations, or a related role.
- Experience in construction, cabinetry, or countertops is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary : $40,000 - $55,000
