Project Manager/ Junior
- Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Developing new methods and improving project documentation.
- Managing project budgets and estimating costs.
- Create and enhance site management procedures and training materials.
- Contribute data and feedback for the performance review process.
- Assist in selecting and onboarding new team members.
- Track project budgets and assist in profitability forecasting.
- Preparing monthly invoicing summaries for projects.
- Support internal processes and monitor business travel.
- Help with subcontractor audits and maintain a preferred supplier list.
- Supervising material delivery for projects.
- Support team planning and project allocation.
- Participate in regular meetings to ensure clear communication.
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree in engineering/technical field
- 5 years’ experience on project .
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control processes.
