We're looking for a Cabinet Repair & Field Service Technician to join our dynamic operations team. From onsite cabinet repairs and delivery assistance to supporting our shop and building great relationships with our builder clients—you’ll be a key player in helping us deliver top-tier service and beautiful spaces.

What You’ll Do
- Repair cabinets on-site and complete finish touch-ups
- Visit job sites to meet with builders, troubleshoot issues, and improve installation quality
- Assist with deliveries, verify materials, and unload supplies
- Help in the shop with cabinet assembly or modifications
- Keep shop and warehouse clean, organized, and ready for the next project
What You Bring
- Cabinet installation, carpentry, or woodworking experience
- Strong problem-solving skills & can-do attitude
- Good communication skills with a professional demeanor
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, and bend for long periods
- Comfortable with ladders and using hand/power tools
Desired Experience
- 2 years of experience in cabinet installation, carpentry, finish work, or woodworking
- Prior experience working in construction sites, home renovations, or builder support roles
- Familiarity with cabinet brands, hardware, and materials
- Previous fieldwork handling on-site service or repairs
- Experience driving to job sites and delivering or handling materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or cabinet layout plans (a plus)
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Vocational training in cabinetmaking, carpentry, or construction (Preferable not required)
- OSHA safety training or certification (Preferable not required)
Salary : $17 - $23
