What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Pro Towels?
Position Purpose To provide our customers with the absolute best in the servicing of their accounts in the Promotional Products Industry.
Primary Responsibilities of Job
1. Customer Phone Contact #1 Priority is to answer the phone with the ability to answer questions regarding pricing & product. Must know not only pricing but how to sell to customers regarding their needs.
2. Trouble Shooting Orders- Calling customers regarding questions on their purchase orders such as ship dates and inventory issues
3. Customer Rapport- Quality assurance and order status
4. Customer Complaint Resolutions- Handling customer complaints and working with appropriate personnel to get resolution
5. Assist order entry and any other departments as needed.
KNOWLEDGE AND MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
1. Good Organization & Communications Skills.
2. General Knowledge of Windows XP, Microsoft Office
3. Prior Sales or CSR experience.
4. Must be able to multi-task
5. Phone Etiquette
6. Ability to build relationships with customers via phone
