Key Responsibilities
- Client Consultations: Meet with homeowners and commercial clients to assess their tree care needs and offer expert advice.
- Estimating & Proposals: Generate accurate cost estimates based on company pricing, prepare professional proposals, and close sales.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with residential clients, landscape contractors, property managers, and industry peers.
- Networking: Actively engage in local networking efforts to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
- Project Oversight: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to our high standards.
- Client Experience: Deliver outstanding service from first contact to project completion, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Continuous Learning: Remain current with best practices in arboriculture and sales strategies through ongoing professional development.
Required Qualifications
- ISA Certified Arborist, or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
- Solid understanding of tree care practices including pruning, removals, pest/disease management, and risk assessment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative approach to sales.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to develop clear, accurate proposals.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, ideally within the arboriculture or landscaping industry.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and google products.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in general tree care or plant health care services.
Compensation & Benefits
- Earning Potential: $85,000-$150,000/year (base commission)
