Job Title: Territory Sales Manager
Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Pro-Vac. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with existing and new customers in the state of Colorado and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of Pro-Vac's field operations, including hydro-excavation services and infrastructure processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Identify opportunities to create value for customers through cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
- Proactively generate new accounts through marketing, networking, cold calling, referrals, and other sales techniques.
- Work closely with the Director of Sales to grow the Pro-Vac brand and increase market share.
Requirements:
- 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a business development role.
- Strong leadership skills, experience in negotiating strategies, and excellent organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with hydrovac, line cleaning & CCTV sales, construction, ground protection, equipment rentals, dumpster and waste removal, utilities, or environmental services industry.
- Knowledge of selling services and specialty industrial equipment to contractors, engineers, and government/municipalities.
- Minimum of 5 years progressively responsible management experience in building market share.
- Previous experience in quota-driven sales environment with documented success.
- Knowledge of public and private bid processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- BS/BA in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field preferred.
