The owners of this business also manage Tech Sales teams and can provide resume-building opportunities for growth inside and outside of the business.
Job Description:
We are seeking a Part-Time Blind Installer to assist with the removal and installation of blinds for residential properties. This role is perfect for someone who is handy, organized, and eager to contribute to a growing team. This can be a “side-gig” until it’s fully built out.
Key Responsibilities:
- Remove and install a variety of blinds with precision and care.
- Accurately measure windows and blinds using a tape measure.
- Climb ladders safely to install blinds at various heights.
- Maintain an organized workspace and keep track of tools and materials.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure quality workmanship.
- Be willing to assist in window cleaning services as potential needs arise
- Assist in growing this new segment of our business.
Qualifications:
- Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working on ladders and with hand tools.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Experience with blind installation is a plus, but not required—training provided.
