Location: Dallas, TX Job Description: Our client is searching for an experienced and highly motivated Outside Sales Representative “Account Executive” who will be responsible for growing and developing an assigned sales territory in a business-to-business sales environment with a focus on manufacturers. As an Account Executive, your key focus will be to identify, qualify, and close new opportunities in both new and established accounts. You will manage account activity from prospecting, and qualifying, through negotiations and post-sales support. Responsibilities: Heavy emphasis on new business development. Develop and execute territory account plans to achieve and exceed individual quota responsibility. Consistently build and deliver an accurate pipeline via the CRM system. Able to develop strong relationships with key decision makers, influencers, and partners within identified territory. Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary: $60k - $65k Commission: $20k-$30k 1st year Uncapped Commissions are paid quarterly Projected 1st Year Earnings: $80-$90k Projected 2nd Year Earnings: $100k Auto Allowance: $400/monthly Dependent health, dental, and vision insurance are available and premiums are paid by the employee with some subsidy by our client. 7-9 paid holidays per year Paid Time Off (PTO): 15 days annually that are accrued per pay period. 401K Life Insurance: $15,000 company-paid Life Insurance Policy provided
