Location: Alpharetta, Georgia- Onsite Position
Job Description:
This position serves as the primary representative contact for clients and is responsible for client engagement, outbound calling, and strategic planning. This position is expected to consistently provide excellent customer support as well as represent company goals within the organization to ensure quality.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strong working relationships with customers and implement marketing programs to meet company goals.
- Develop a territory in the local market by referral, networking, cold calling, and extensive prospecting.
- Provide product education and training to customers’ staff on RMI product offerings during selling efforts
- Forward customer complaint calls and complaint information to QA or the appropriate department.
- Initiate sales call to established customers and develop new prospects at the department level in hospitals and decision-makers in private practices
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base = $50-$60K ($60k with a solid track record of success)
- Uncapped commission with additional $20K-$21K for on target earnings.
- Anticipated OTE = $80K
