Location: Southern California Job Description: The Key Account Executive will build a sustainable base of business that meets and exceeds revenue and objectives for agreed-upon accounts in their assigned territory. Responsibilities: Heavy emphasis on net new business and creating retention business. S/he will be building a brand-new territory. S/he will travel to customers frequently during the day and will come to the office to attend meetings as business requires. Proactively research, qualify and cultivate new leads within the target market utilizing ZoomInfo, inbound leads, etc. Ideal Customer Title: Plant Manager up to C-Suite Compensation & Benefits: Base = $85k Commission (a few examples of commission opportunities provided below): approx. $60k Class 1 – 3: 35% of gross profit Class 4: 20% of gross profit Class V: 20% of gross profit Used equipment: 4% Heavy truck commission: 7% Rentals: 3% Contract maintenance: $300 per truck New trucks = $150 per truck Uncapped commission 1st year OTE = $150k – 200k 2nd year OTE = $200k Medical, vision, dental 401K Wellness program Auto & toll tag allowance = $400/monthly Fuel reimbursement (IRS recorded miles)
