Our client is looking to add a visionary Sales Leader who will help manage the sales strategy to drive growth. The Sales Leader will manage a wide range of tasks in the organizations sales operations. Location: Washington, MO Job Description: Our client is looking to add a senior level accountant with leadership experience who will be responsible for preparing financial reports, analyzing financial data, and providing strategic financial guidance. They will manage financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards. The Senior Financial Accountant will become a member of the leadership team as they ultimately transition into a Director of Finance role once they demonstrate their ability to dig into the financials and strategically uncover information to improve the profitability of the company. This person will partner with a fractional CFO and will report to the President with accountability for the quality and accuracy of financial statements and the delivery of assigned projects. Responsibilities: Prepare financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements Assist with audit preparations and organize internal audits Maintain the general ledger and fiscal records Guide and mentor junior accountants Compensations & Benefits: Base: $85,000-$95,000, depending on experience Annual Incentive Based on Company Goals: still being defined Health, vision, and dental coverage 401k Profit after the 1st year Paid Vacations and Holidays Off Professional growth and continuing education
