Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist

We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate, and detail-oriented Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to our chiropractic practitioners while delivering an outstanding experience to every patient. The ideal candidate is a quick learner with strong organizational skills, a professional demeanor, and a passion for excellent patient service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet patients and create a welcoming and professional environment.
• Assist with patient check-in and guide new patients through completing digital intake forms when needed.
• Manage patient check-out, including scheduling follow-up appointments and processing payments.
• Maintain efficient patient flow and manage the appointment schedule.
• Answer phone calls promptly and provide knowledgeable, courteous assistance to patient inquiries.
• Accurately maintain and update patient records while ensuring confidentiality.
• Perform administrative duties such as filing, paperwork processing, and data entry.
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure necessary equipment and supplies are ready for use.
• Support and encourage patients with their treatment plans and exercises, as directed by the chiropractor.
• Keep the office environment clean, organized, and professional at all times.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.17 - $15.90 per hour

Expected hours: 24.5 – 25 per week
