Position Overview
We’re looking for a creative, hands-on Marketing Specialist to join our growing team! This role will play a critical part in driving top-of-funnel activity, generating both B2B leads and direct-to-patient leads. This is a dynamic role for someone who enjoys variety, has strong execution skills, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Website & Inbound Marketing
- Refresh and maintain website content to support lead generation efforts.
- Create and optimize inbound flows for both B2B prospects and patient leads.
Print Marketing
- Refresh and create marketing materials such as flyers, trifolds, and brochures.
- Create and test mail campaigns to target audiences.
- Develop additional print collateral as needed.
Digital Marketing
- Develop and maintain sales one-pagers and other digital collateral.
- Create and execute targeted email campaigns.
- Support the creation of other digital assets to drive engagement and conversions.
Event Marketing
- Support event strategy and booth activation for conferences and industry events.
- Manage lead capture processes and post-event follow-up.
What You Bring
- 2 years of marketing experience (healthcare or B2B preferred, but not required).
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Experience managing websites and inbound lead flows (basic knowledge of platforms like WordPress, HubSpot, or similar is a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Bonus Skills (Not Required, but a Plus)
- Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
- Experience managing email marketing platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools.
