What You Get to Do
This position at ProAmpac is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, preparing reports and records regarding production and materials. Our Analyst in Production Planning will also be recording and reconciling planned to actual production schedules and inventory metrics.
- Plan, maintain and prepare reports on forecasts, material usage, quality control, defects and volumes.
- Review and analyze capacity utilization
- Handles internal plant transfer of material and outsourcing activities
- Gathers data to determine forecast adjustments
- Work closely with manufacturing and planning teams to provide
- Review and analyze inventory levels and demand. Establishes replenishment plans to minimize stock
- Provides information necessary for adjusting schedules to meet unforeseen conditions
- Ensures incoming shipments are in compliance with PO
- Coordinates with production operations on requirements for finished goods
- Handles basic to moderate complex issues
Qualifications
- 3 or more years of directly related experience.
- Ability to complete complex mathematical equations.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams), Visio, Outlook and planning software.
- Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information.
- Exceptional time management and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines.
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentations) with executive leadership, staff, and internal and external clients.
- Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options.
- Self-confident, self-motivated polished professional who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
