Student Helper must work closely with the machine operator, manufacturing supervisor, and Quality Assurance to assure that all production objectives are efficiency achieved.

- Assist operator as needed to ensure that the rewind machinery is working properly and safely.
- Monitor the quality of the material being processed to ensure compliance to company and customer quality specifications. Seek assistance on any product quality issue during run.
- Responsible for wrapping/packaging of material from machine center.
- Perform variety of quality checks on product as outlined in job specifications.
- Prepare new pallets as needed for job run.
- Label all pallets/skids with correct labeling.
- Pack products neatly onto the pallets and according to customer specifications
- Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times.
- Good verbal & written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to read a tape measure.
- Ability to lift an average of 50 lbs.
