Overview:
The customer service representative has the primary responsibility of handling initial customer contact, either in person, over the telephone, or (at times) via the web. Customer service Representative is responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within the customer service department.
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years Customer Service in high call volume environment preferred.
- DME Knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Requirements:
- Proven customer support experience
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
