Lead by Example as a Resident Care Director
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Resident Care Director to join our team at The Renaissance. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving our mission to deliver exceptional care and services to our residents.

- Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000/year (Credit for Experience Given)
Your Leadership Role:
You will be responsible for leading a team of caregivers and ensuring that they have the necessary tools and resources to provide high-quality care to our residents. This includes developing and implementing care plans, conducting performance evaluations, and identifying opportunities for growth and development.
Work Schedule:
- Weekdays
- On-call 24/7 for Clinical and Staffing Needs
- Able to Cover Unstaffed Resident Needs
- Rotating MOD Weekend
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 Year Experience in Staffing and Scheduling (Preferred)
- Minimum 1 Year Experience in Long-term Care (Preferred)
- Minimum 1 Year Experience in Supervision (Required)
- Active RN or LPN License (Required)
- High School Diploma (Required)
