- Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000/year (Credit for Experience Given)
Your Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for developing and implementing care plans that meet the unique needs and preferences of our residents. This includes working collaboratively with staff and family members to ensure that each resident receives comprehensive and compassionate support.
Work-Life Balance:
- Weekdays
- On-call 24/7 for Clinical and Staffing Needs
- Able to Cover Unstaffed Resident Needs
- Rotating MOD Weekend
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 Year Experience in Staffing and Scheduling (Preferred)
- Minimum 1 Year Experience in Long-term Care (Preferred)
- Minimum 1 Year Experience in Supervision (Required)
- Active RN or LPN License (Required)
- High School Diploma (Required)
