- Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000/year (Credit for Experience Given)
Your Impact as a Resident Care Director:
You will be responsible for implementing tailored care plans that address individual needs and preferences of our residents. By fostering a collaborative environment among staff and encouraging open communication with families, you will ensure that each resident receives compassionate and comprehensive support.
Work Schedule:
- Weekdays
- On-call 24/7 for Clinical and Staffing Needs
- Able to Cover Unstaffed Resident Needs
- Rotating MOD Weekend
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 Year Experience in Staffing and Scheduling (Preferred)
- Minimum 1 Year Experience in Long-term Care (Preferred)
- Minimum 1 Year Experience in Supervision (Required)
- Active RN or LPN License (Required)
- High School Diploma (Required)
