As the Human Resources Business Partner, you will support our Human Resources Director and provide essential HR services to our Professional Employer Organization (PEO) clients. This role will assist with HR compliance, job descriptions, policies, Human Resource forms, tools, and employee relations consulting, while also handling standard HR business partner functions.
What you will need:
- Must currently reside in TX.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (Preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably with experience in a PEO, HR consulting, multi-client environment or healthcare setting.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in senior living.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law compliance.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with diverse clients.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- PHR, SHRM-CP or similar certification is a plus.
