How You Will Make an Impact:
As a Regional Director of Care, you will play a vital role in overseeing the clinical operations across multiple senior living communities. Your expertise in senior care will ensure high-quality resident outcomes, regulatory compliance, and staff development while fostering a compassionate and service-driven culture. You will work closely with care teams, executive directors, and regional leadership to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership to care departments across multiple AL, IL, and MC communities
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and company policies
- Oversee clinical training, staff development, and performance management
- Collaborate with community teams to enhance resident care and satisfaction
- Monitor quality assurance programs, audits, and risk management initiatives
- Support census growth by maintaining high standards of care and service
- Work with executive directors and leadership teams to achieve operational goal
Schedule & Travel Requirements:
- Full-time regional role with on-call responsibilities
- Regular travel across communities in Virginia and West Virginia
- Flexible schedule based on operational needs
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Minimum of 5 years in a senior-level care management role in Senior Living
- Nursing degree and active license required
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- In-depth knowledge of senior care regulations and compliance
- Proven ability to train, mentor, and develop clinical teams
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Business Management, or Healthcare Management
- 8 years of senior living care experience with a track record of successful leadership
- Experience in multi-site care management
