Board Certified Behavioral Analyst Job Description:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) to address challenging behaviors exhibited by individuals.
- Provide behavior analytic services to clients across various settings, such as schools, homes, and community-based programs, to improve social, communication, and adaptive skills.
- Design and oversee implementation of data collection systems to monitor progress, analyze behavioral data, and adjust intervention strategies as needed to promote positive outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including parents, teachers, therapists, and other professionals, to develop comprehensive treatment plans and ensure consistency in implementing behavior intervention strategies across environments.
Pay & Benefits:
