Responsibilities:
- Work with students individually or in small groups to implement behavior plans.
- Collect and record data on student progress and behavior.
- Collaborate with BCBAs, teachers, and staff to support students social and academic goals.
- Assist in maintaining a structured and supportive classroom environment.
Qualifications:
- Active RBT certification required.
- Experience in educational settings in Connecticut is a plus.
- Strong organization, communication, and teamwork skills.
