ProCare Therapy is looking for a committed Virtual Special Education Teacher to offer remote educational support to students across New Mexico school districts. This position is perfect for an educator who is enthusiastic about crafting individualized, impactful learning strategies to ensure student success.

Position Details:

• Job Type: Full-Time, Remote
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 35 Hours Per Week
• Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations to understand each student's unique educational needs.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to support academic and social-emotional growth.
• Provide virtual instruction and support in a one-on-one and small group setting.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and school teams to ensure consistent progress towards IEP goals.
• Use virtual teaching tools and resources to create engaging lessons that promote student learning and participation.
• Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Special Education
• Active New Mexico Special Education teaching license
• Previous experience in virtual or remote teaching environments preferred
• Strong proficiency with virtual teaching tools and technology
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
