Work Setting : Onsite | Multiple Elementary Caseloads
Overview :
ProCare Therapy is on the lookout for a skilled and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Framingham, MA . This role offers the chance to work within a supportive school district and make a significant impact on student behavior and learning outcomes.
Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive behavior analysis services across all Grade Levels.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments, create and implement behavior intervention plans, and track student progress.
- Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to address the behavioral needs of the caseload.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of behavioral data and interventions.
