ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at a school near Boston , MA . We are accepting applicants for both full-time and part-time positions.
Position Overview :
As a BCBA, you will work with K-12th grade students to develop and implement behavior intervention plans, provide direct and consultative services, and collaborate with teachers and other staff to support students academic and behavioral development. Responsibilities :
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Provide one-on-one and group therapy to students with behavioral needs.
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to implement strategies and techniques.
- Train and supervise staff, as needed, to ensure the effective implementation of behavior plans.
- Monitor and track student progress and make adjustments to plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all school district policies and procedures.
