Pay and Benefits :
Competitive hourly pay ($28$35 )
W2 employment

Summer assignments available based on district needs
Job Description :
Full-time and substitute hours available
Typical hours range from 7-8 AM to 3-4 PM
Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs ) : Follow and apply individualized plans to support students with behavioral challenges, ensuring they are reinforced or redirected according to the plan's goals.
Collect Data on Student Progress : Track and record data on student behavior and responses to interventions to help evaluate the effectiveness of treatment and inform decision-making.
Provide Direct Support to Students : Work directly with students to implement teaching strategies, skills training, and behavior management techniques to improve learning outcomes and social skills.
Collaborate with Team Members : Work closely with teachers, special educators, and other professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to the students education and behavioral goals.
Detailed assignment information will be provided when connected with one of our partnered school districts.
Job Requirements :
Active RBT certification
Experience working with special education or behavioral caseloads in the school, clinic or in home settings
Reliable transportation
