Seeking a new opportunity within a school district? ProCare Therapy proudly collaborates with an outstanding school district in San Juan Capistrano, CA, in search of a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join their team for the upcoming school year!

Job Description:

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and educational goals.
• Provide direct therapy services to students, including therapeutic activities, exercises, and interventions to improve functional abilities.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to integrate therapeutic strategies into students' educational programs.
• Offer consultation and guidance to school personnel on creating supportive environments and adapting activities to meet students' needs.
• Monitor and document students' progress towards achieving therapy goals and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute expertise to the development of educational plans.
• Educate and support parents/caregivers on strategies to promote carryover of therapeutic gains at home.

Pay & Benefits:

Interview Process:

• 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
