What are the responsibilities and job description for the Schools - Speech Language Pathologist position at ProCare Therapy?
Location: California
Job Type: Full-time (upcoming school year)
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Bilingual School SLP who is fluent in Spanish to join our team for the upcoming school year. The ideal candidate should have experience with K-8th grade students and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, evaluations and screenings to identify speech and language disorders.
- Develop treatment plans tailored to individual student needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to provide effective support for students.
- Provide therapy services to students on an individual or group basis.
- Maintain accurate records of progress and prepare reports as needed.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid California state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish required.
- Experience working in schools preferred but not mandatory.
