Responsibilities :
- Develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) : Tailor lesson plans and strategies for students based on their unique learning needs and abilities.

- Monitor Student Progress : Assess students regularly, tracking academic and behavioral improvements, and adjust strategies accordingly.
