What will you be doing?
- Owning the full recruitment process – from creating job ads and screening candidates to leading interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Taking care of the full employee lifecycle – onboarding, contracts, training, development, and employee support.
- Acting as a key HR contact for all of our ATS employees – managing day-to-day HR operations with autonomy.
- Collaborating closely with management – supporting workforce planning, talent development, and HR strategy.
- Improving processes that actually matter – bringing in better, more efficient ways of working.
- Staying close to the business – this is a visible, impactful role, not one hidden behind emails.
- You have proven HR experience (ideally 3 years), with solid recruitment skills – you know how to attract, assess and hire the right people.
- You understand how HR impacts the business – and act with that in mind.
- You have knowledge of Czech legislation and the Labour Code, as you will be the right hand of our Hiring Managers in this area.
- You’re proactive, hands-on and solution-oriented – you don’t wait for instructions, you make things happen.
- You enjoy working in a technical or industrial environment – we’re not corporate, but we’re part of a strong international group.
- You can communicate comfortably in English – both written and spoken, for meetings and daily cooperation across our European sites.
