Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, a friendly and welcoming demeanor, as well as experience in event planning. This role is crucial in creating a positive first impression for our clients and visitors, as well as ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk area.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a warm and professional manner.
- Monitor and order office supplies to ensure the club is well-stocked.
- Maintain an organized inventory of supplies and manage supplier relationships.
- Greet club members and guests with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Assist members with inquiries and provide information about club facilities and services.
- Support the planning and execution of various club activities and events.
- Coordinate with event planners and other staff to ensure smooth operations
- Run errands as needed, including picking up supplies, deliveries, and other tasks that support club operations.
- Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to support club operations.
- Step in on various projects and tasks as needed to assist colleagues.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions with members, guests, and colleagues.
- Uphold the club's standards of excellence and confidentiality.
- Provide exceptional member service, ensuring member satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Develop strong relationships with members to enhance their club experience.
- Ensure the reception area and other common areas are tidy and welcoming.
- Provide general support to staff and management as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
- Event planning experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
