Process & Power is seeking a highly-motivated person with exceptional communication, administrative, and organizational skills for a service billing administrator position in its Memphis, TN office. Position requires this individual to be able to handle a high stress/high volume workload with the ability to multi-task, pay attention to detail, and be well-organized. Customer service / Inventory Fulfillment experience and a background in the industrial equipment industry is preferred.

- Receiving/Reconciling paperwork of service jobs
- Invoicing of service jobs
- Communicating with technicians, Customer Service Managers, and other necessary personnel
- Previous administrative experience
- Data entry proficiency
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Customer service experience
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Detail-oriented and accurate in work
- Familiarity with industrial equipment and terminology
