Packaging/Production

The packaging team is responsible for managing the preparations of cannabis products for distribution, there will be some kitchen duties as well.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Filing, packing, labeling, sealing, and other duties associated with the preparation of cannabis products for distribution
• Maintains highest level of cleanliness in the facility, especially in the packaging areas
• Ensure all labeling is properly done to adhere to compliance requirements of the company and the State of Michigan
• Responsible for regular maintenance and cleaning of all packaging equipment
• Works in a fast-paced environment and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) standards set by the Packaging Manager
• Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness to improve and promote quality. Work in a quick and efficient manner and strive to consistently increase productivity.
• Follow company rules and guidelines.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Willing to participate in a background screening
• Has reliable transportation
• Ability to wear required PPE Hairnets, Beard nets, gloves and scrubs
• Must be able to carry a Minimum of 50 Pounds
• Must be able to stand on your feet for an entire shift. (8Hr)
• Must be able to adapt to change.
• Basic math skills
• Be able to do repetitive task for extended periods

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
