GENERAL DUTIES :
Accounting / Finance :
Daily cash flow management
Accounts Receivable - Monthly invoicing and reconciliation of AR balances
Accounts Payable – processing vendor invoices and related payments
General Ledger – record all financial transactions, set up GL accounts, monthly and year end close
Audit / process expense reports and maintenance of Corporate American Express Credit Card Program
Maintain state registrations and licenses
Contract Administration :
Set up contract codes in Unanet
Manage contract funding / mods
Set up contract codes / mapping in Unanet Process contract documentation
Review for discrepancies
Modifications
Closeout documents
Maintain Contract Backlog Report
Monitor Contract Compliance
Including ITAR / NIST Reporting
Annual Documentation Updates
Analyze contract funding and utilization
Provide salary information for recruiting efforts
Attend contract meetings when requested
Provide contract status and rate data to management when requested
Required Skills
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelors in a related field
10 years of experience
Unanet experience
CLEARANCE :
US Citizenship required
