Job Description
OVERVIEW :
We are seeking a financial steward for the Customer’s Incentives Program and as scientific leader for the Customer’s R&D Program. In executing these programs, the program is required to meet aggressive deadlines to issue funding announcements, set application deadlines, and issue decisions on awards, with varying timelines associated with various programs. The Customer requires an integrated approach for program administration across the grants and projects lifecycle, including consistent processes, program management and on-going support.
GENERAL DUTIES :
- Provide Strategic Direction : Offer guidance and strategic direction to project and program teams, ensuring alignment with the overall goals and objectives of the client engagement.
- Client Engagement : Regularly engage with senior-level client leadership and teams to contribute to the overall direction of the client engagement. Maintain and manage relationships with senior-level management within the client organization.
- Program Management : Oversee and manage multiple projects and programs within the client engagement, ensuring their successful execution, adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Communication : Ensure senior-level management within the client organization is informed about the overall program status, including relevant projects and their potential impact on the higher-level organizational strategic vision. Effectively communicate complex technical knowledge and provide subject matter expertise
- Business P&L and Capture : Possess extensive senior-level / executive business profit and loss (P&L) experience, including responsibility for capturing new business opportunities and driving growth.
