We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Call Center Manager to lead our dedicated team of agents in setting appointments, managing software and dialer reporting, and driving the success of our internal sales operation.
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of call center agents, ensuring they consistently meet or exceed performance targets.
- Appointment Setting: Oversee agents who are dialing potential customers, setting appointments, and nurturing leads through the sales funnel.
- Software Management: Manage and optimize call center software and dialer reporting tools to ensure efficient operations and data accuracy.
- Policy Enforcement: Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze call center performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity and results.
- Training and Development: Provide coaching and training to enhance the skills and capabilities of the call center team.
- Optimization: Continuously work to optimize internal sales processes and strategies, aiming for higher efficiency and sales growth.
- Reporting: Generate and present reports on call center performance, including key metrics, call statistics, and agent productivity.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Call Center Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of call center software and reporting tools.
- Solar industry experience is a plus.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Data-driven and analytical mindset.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
