Job Description
ProClean, Inc. Needs MORE to support growth and expansion! We are looking for 2 dependable floor maintenance techs to work 10-hour shifts in the midnight hours alternate to each other. The ideal hires would be a mobile service to dozens of commercial buildings throughout Porter County and Lake County, independently identifying the exact level of service needed to meet ongoing quality expectations.
Schedule: FT/PT
- 10PM-8AM
- 3 or 4 days per week
- Weekend and Weekday availability
Responsibilities:
- Machine scrubbing and burnishing hard and resilient flooring
- Stripping and refinishing waxed flooring as needed
- Carpet extraction and restoration
- Follow established systems, policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Cleaning out HVAC vents and light fixtures
- Load/Unload equipment into and out of company van
- Cover Emergency Room Attendant shift from 12am-8am when needed
- Clean commercial facilities when coverage is needed
- Interior Window Cleaning
Requirements:
- Pass a background investigation
- Must hold valid driver’s license
- Be able and willing to work independently in an efficient and productive manner
- Demonstrate exceptional attendance habits and maintain dependable transportation
- Mild experience with rotary machine scrubbers and burnishers
- Work on scheduled holidays as needed
- Provide Medical Attire (navy blue scrubs) when servicing in hospital areas
Experience in floor maintenance preferred; We provide the training for Emergency Room and commercial building coverage
