Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations in our commercial cleaning company and drive the success of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset, ensuring that all operational processes align with our business goals. This role requires a proactive approach to managing projects, improving processes, and fostering a productive work environment.
Duties
- Lead and supervise the Quality Control team to ensure efficient workflow, and productivity.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance account success and operational efficiency.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and quality control managers to ensure successful completion of cleans.
- Conduct regular assessments of operational processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align operational capabilities with market demands.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through effective leadership and mentoring.
- Working with QC to problem solve day to day workflow and customer request and complaints.
- Inspecting to ensure Quality Control and Cleaning Technicians are in compliance and meeting upholding the standards of the client.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an operations management role or similar capacity.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent leadership abilities, capable of motivating and guiding teams towards common goals.
- Experience in business development and strategic planning is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of profit loss management and financial principles.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration across departments.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments while maintaining focus on operational excellence.
- Strong conflict resolution skills.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $974.25 - $1,300.00 per month
Expected hours: 15 per week
