Proclinical is seeking an Associate Director, Clinical Scientist which could be your next opportunity.
Primary Responsibilities:
This role focuses on ensuring the scientific integrity and interpretation of study data within a clinical development program. You will work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment, providing scientific expertise necessary for designing and delivering clinical studies and programs.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree is a necessity; advanced degree in life sciences is advantageous.
- Experience in conducting clinical trials.
- Deep understanding of the drug development process, Good Clinical Practice, and clinical research methodology.
- Confidence and professional diplomacy with effective interpersonal skills.
- Initiative, creativity, and innovation in process improvements.
- Strong cross-functional management and attention to detail.
The Associate Director, Clinical Scientist's responsibilities will be:
- Participate in program team meetings, scientific advisory boards, and data/safety monitoring meetings.
- Maintain a strong understanding of therapeutic disease areas, drug candidates, and standard practices.
- Propose, design, and execute clinical research and development studies.
- Develop and review clinical trial protocols, amendments, and related documents.
- Prepare information for external and stakeholder meetings and present data to investigators and collaborators.
- Identify risks and design mitigation strategies.
- Promote consistent medical/clinical data review techniques across studies/programs.
Compensation:
- $110 to $120 per hour
