The successful candidate will be involved managing a significant budget, supporting both non-clinical and clinical activities, and ensuring effective financial oversight and planning.

The Associate Director of Finance and Administration responsibilities will be:
- Oversee and manage the administration of research-related funds, including grants, gifts, and endowments.
- Provide monthly reviews of research funding and ensure accurate financial reporting and projections.
- Lead the annual budget process and address financial issues proactively.
- Manage business processes for faculty and personnel, including salary management, purchasing, and grant administration.
- Provide leadership and supervision to grants management staff.
- Collaborate with faculty on financial management of research portfolios and advise on funding opportunities.
- Oversee development and administration of grants and operational budgets, ensuring compliance with guidelines.
- Maintain salary grids and review effort reports for accuracy.
- Handle administrative functions related to HR, payroll, and procurement.
- Engage in additional business services such as facilities management and recruitment.
