Skills & Requirements:
- Strong understanding of clinical trial protocols, processes, and regulatory best practices.
- Experience in developing and executing patient recruitment and retention strategies.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with clinical trial records management and compliance (for Record & Retention roles).
- Experience in administrative and coordination tasks in clinical project settings (for Project Management roles).
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines related to clinical trial operations.
The Director Portfolio Project Manager's responsibilities will be:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient recruitment and retention for clinical trials.
- Lead and manage trial-related projects, ensuring efficiency and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to improve trial outcomes.
