Skills & Requirements:
- 5 years of consulting/business management experience
- Bachelor's in science, engineering, or related field; MBA/advanced degree preferred.
- Expertise in Program Management, Organizational Strategy, Analytics, or Digital Transformation.
The Engagement Manager's responsibilities will be:
- Project Leadership: Oversee project execution, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Strategic Thinking: Translate client goals into actionable plans.
- Problem-Solving & Analytics: Use data-driven insights to develop recommendations.
- Client Management: Serve as a primary contact, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Communication & Collaboration: Present insights effectively and lead teams.
- Business Growth: Identify opportunities to add value for clients.
- Adaptability: Navigate dynamic environments and drive results.
Additional Information
- Travel up to 80% based on client needs.
- Ability to work across US and international time zones.
- US work authorization and fluency in English required.
