Talent Acquisition Specialist - Contract
Proclinical is excited to partner with a leading pharmaceutical company to recruit a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a contract role. This position is based in Clayton, NC.
About the Role :
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting recruitment efforts in the diabetes and pharmaceutical sectors. You will manage high-volume positions while working closely with recruiters and hiring managers, ensuring an efficient and streamlined screening process.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with Lead Recruiters and hiring managers to conduct phone screenings for various business units, including Sales, Manufacturing & Quality, Clinical Trial Operations, and Field Medical Affairs.
- Review candidates through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and compile shortlists for the Lead Recruiter.
- Perform comprehensive phone screenings and provide insightful summaries and recommendations to the Lead Recruiter.
