Proclinical is seeking a Senior Associate Scientist to join our client's team in Cambridge, MA.
Primary Responsibilities :
The successful candidate will focus on lab support and process development for the chemical synthesis and downstream processing of oligonucleotide-based drug substances. This position requires a proactive approach to technical support and optimization of manufacturing processes.
Skills & Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry with laboratory experience, preferably in an industrial setting.
- Basic understanding and hands-on experience with analytical techniques like pH, osmolality, conductivity measurement, HPLC, and LC-MS.
- Familiarity with oligonucleotide manufacturing processes, including phosphoramidite chemistry and chromatography, is advantageous.
- Strong record-keeping skills and adherence to excellent laboratory documentation practices.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly laboratory environment.
