We are seeking a Director of Business Development to drive growth, oversee client onboarding, and ensure long-term client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be driven to hit inbound sales goals, be engaging and personable with clients to develop sustaining relationships, and will live our core values of Service Excellence, Accountability and Team.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Sales and Onboarding:
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries, assess client needs, and match them with PROCOM’s offerings.
- Oversee the first 90 days of the client experience to ensure a seamless transition.
- Collect application forms, execute service agreements, and coordinate onboarding calls.
- Set up new clients in our drug testing software and invoicing system.
- Identify and establish collection site partnerships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients, addressing concerns and providing guidance.
Client Success & Retention:
- Foster strong relationships with existing clients to drive retention and expand service offerings.
- Work closely with internal teams to optimize the onboarding process and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate tracking of pipeline and onboarding progress in a CRM system.
- Proactively address client challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.
Process Optimization & Team Collaboration:
- Continuously improve onboarding processes, documentation, and client resources.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Engage with marketing vendors to align on strategy and provide feedback
- Support the broader PROCOM team in addressing client issues as they arise.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
- Sales experience with a consultative approach.
- Experience in account management, business development or customer service.
- Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Quick response time and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
