We are looking for reliable, hardworking, and self-motivated individuals for a full-time evening shift. This position involves following a short script while on a call, then transferring over to a specialist. This is a remote, Work From Home position. Come join our exciting team!
Responsibilities
- Performing inbound and outbound calls while following a short script.
- Transferring the call over to a specialist.
- Calls involve education, home services, healthcare, automotive, etc.
- Follow a set schedule which includes managing break times.
- Be on time and follow attendance rules.
Qualifications
- Must reside in Oklahoma.
- Experience in a customer service or related role preferred.
- Must have a reliable Windows PC or laptop (not Mac or Chromebook) and a wired high-speed internet connection.
- 2 eared noise cancelling headset with microphone (or ability to obtain one).
Skills
- Applicants must have the ability to maintain a professional and friendly tone at all times.
- Strong reading skills. Must be able to sight-read scripts on the fly with ease and confidence.
- Basic computer skills are required. Applicants must be able to navigate the internet and fill out online forms, use CRMs and spreadsheets.
- Professional speaking voice with the ability to clearly pronounce and enunciate scripted words including phonetically spelled proper names.
Additional Information
- $500 Sign On Bonus (After 90 Day Review)
- Starting pay: $11 an hour, with additional incentives after training.
- Paid training will be done through video calls with a dedicated Trainer.

Full-time Schedule: Must be able to work full time schedule five days a week and have flexible availability.
- Monday to Thursday: 1:15 PM to 9:45 PM CST
- Friday: 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM CST
- Saturday: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM CST
