Scrum Master - Mid Level - Job Description :
The Scrum Master will facilitate agile processes for a software development team, ensuring smooth sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives. This role involves working closely with product owners to manage the product backlog and foster a collaborative team environment.
Scrum Master - Mid Level - Responsibilities :
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Assist the Product Owner with backlog grooming and prioritization
- Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions
- Ensure the team adheres to Scrum principles and practices
- Monitor team performance and provide regular status reports
- Foster a self-organizing and high-performing team environment
- Coach team members on agile methodologies and practices
